SMALL BUSINESS? BIG FEELINGS.

TL;DR: Running a small business is kinda wild. 10/10 recommend. But also, whew. 😂

Starting a small business is basically signing up for an extreme sport — but with more receipts and less protective gear. You’re wearing all the hats. Sometimes too many hats. (Are the hats on sale? You should probably market them. See what I mean?)

Whether we’re painting live at weddings (hi, that’s us 👋), designing the perfect offer, juggling inboxes, figuring out taxes (ew), or posting that reel that took two hours to edit — we’re doing it. And that’s huge.

Running Wet Paint Society is about purpose. It’s about chasing the thing that lights us up — capturing love stories on canvas in real time. It’s about learning as we go, Googling a LOT, and celebrating the little wins (and the big ones too). It’s about the couples we serve, the community we’re building, and the memories we get to help preserve through art.

It’s also about the late nights, the self-doubt, the weird moments when we wonder if anyone’s seeing what we’re doing. And still — we show up.

So here’s your reminder: Being a small business owner already makes you part of something bigger. Small businesses fuel communities, bring creativity to the world, and remind people that real humans are behind the things they love.
